Our Story
Little Adventures Academy at Winfield Scott Plaza is now independently owned, with the same warm classrooms and familiar teachers families already know and love. From our Toddler Care classroom to children in Preschool and the big next steps of Pre-K, we’re renewing our commitment to every child. Character Power brings kindness, courage, and curiosity into each day, helping children feel ready to learn and belong.

Zehra Fazal
Zehra Fazal has spent the past 25 years in the childcare industry and is passionate about creating environments that support young children’s brain development. As a mother of three, her children inspire the dedication and devotion she brings to her career. Outside of work, Zehra enjoys reading, water activities, and sitting by the ocean. She also volunteers throughout the community, including as a member of a school board.

Jeff Manring
Jeff brings six years of early childhood education experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Arizona State University, and a Master’s degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, CPR certification, Arizona Fingerprint Clearance, and all early childhood coursework required by the State of Arizona. His door is always open—literally. Come meet him during your tour of Little Adventures Academy.
